Circulatory and Respiratory Systems

See how lungs, blood vessels, blood and the heart work together to supply cells with oxygen.

Let's start

Two systems, one supply problem

Every body cell needs oxygen and nutrients, and every cell produces wastes such as carbon dioxide. The respiratory system gets gases between air and blood; the circulatory system moves blood around the body so cells can be supplied continuously.
