Round Decimals and Mixed Numbers
Round decimals to tenths or hundredths, and round mixed numbers by converting their fractional parts to decimals first.

To round a decimal, keep the digits up to the requested place, check the next digit, then decide whether the kept digit stays the same or increases by 1.
